Had the pleasure of communicating with Zoey from Customer support to resolve my order. Sadly my first Flip that was sent was faulty, couldn't do much about it. They have gone out of their way to make sure my replacement was tested thoroughly before shipping! Their communication was on point and very supportive.
I am absolutely in love with the V2 Flip! The themes and UI are so nice to look at. I still need to go through and play a few games but can say everything is working in order and is super cute to carry around in a bag or pocket! Definitely my go to device to carry around due to size! The kirby themes are adorable but limited in terms of seeing text or device battery but cute either way! A must get!
