5. About Redelivery

If your logistics shows that your package is being returned to the recipient.
This means your delivery information is inaccurate or incomplete, or the package delivery person is unable to contact you.
Your package will be returned to our overseas warehouse.
After our overseas warehouse receives your package, it will inspect it to ensure that the items in your package are not missing or damaged, and we will contact you to confirm your address.

We do not accept changes of address in other circumstances.
Redelivery may take 2 to 4 weeks.
