I received it quite late for an express shipping, but i think it's due to the local carrier in the country. Upon receiving and unboxing, it has no physical issue, everything looks good. Playing on it feels amazing. But i do notice the battery drains really quick, 2-3% in 2mins. Find it a little odd that i need to charge quite often, and also when i boot it up, it has a "sound" and the screen has those straight lines before filling up with the UI. Just something i notice, but overall i still enjoy the little guy a lot with minor inconveniences
Didn't have to wait too long to get my item
As a beginner with a small budget who knew nothing about retro gaming. but not afraid of tinkering with new things, I gotta say that miyoo mini plus is just a better deal for the budget conscious people.
I did my research before buying the batlexp for sure. But I didn't know at the time how downright useless dual joysticks are for retro games.
I bought it primarily to get away from having to talk to relatives on holidays which happens quite a lot to me.
And I gotta say, this device is just too huge. It looks too big for that. So that's why the 4 stars. The service of litnxt is 5 stars out of 5 for sure. The service I got is great, I preferred buying it here because it's pretty hard to get good affordable shipping protection in AliExpress (I have heard of of horror stories of people that had their electronic devices broken from AliExpress's free shipping. And the other paid shipping methods there from UPS and the likes of that were massively more expensive where I live.)
TLDR: I'm a poor unemployed guy that did lackluster research on which handheld to buy for getting away from the annoying conversations that relatives make me have in holidays such as "what jobs did you apply for?", "What do you want to do with your life?!" - the dad from Twisted Sister's song 'I wanna rock'.
In the YouTube videos the batlexp g350 looks pretty small compared to the steam deck so I figured it's a way better investment than getting in debt for buying a steam deck or Ayn Thor or *Insert-expensive-bulky-handheld-here*.
But turns out just because the batlexp g350 fits in my pocket doesn't mean that It looks low-key enough to not make relatives in holidays stare at me like I'm the slender man or something.
So TLDR: Just buy the Miyoo mini plus. It's a bit more expensive, it has a lackluster chip, but it actually doesn't make people stare at you unlike the batlexp g350.
And it doesn't have useless joysticks which the batlexp has. (I mean c'mon, who the hell even needs joysticks if the D-pad is enough for most retro games?)
I ordered from litnxt because I had purchased a miyoo mini plus with onionOS from them and it worked great straight out of the box, with the optimized card. I hoped this device would be the same, but it’s not. The game selections are random. You have to manually set the route for each game system, to pull games from the card. Save states don’t work for some emulators. The games are completely random for a lot of systems. I haven’t used an android device before and honestly wasn’t interested in doing any set up. I just wanted a nice pick up and play experience on a cool looking device, for an upcoming trip. Now I have to spend more time optimizing this thing and flashing a better quality card, before I leave. I know some people will say that it’s part of the process for game systems like this, but I paid a premium with litnxt, for what I thought would be a similar experience that I had with one of their other products. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend buying here. I’d get it cheaper and faster, elsewhere (delivery took almost a month and the driver left it in front of my garage and I almost backed over it, because I didn’t see they put it there, instead of on my porch).
