Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Exceeded All Expectations – Incredible Handheld!

I picked up the 256GB Surwish card with this handheld, and it's been amazing right out of the box. It comes packed with thousands of well-curated classic games, a clean and customizable interface, and surprisingly great controls—especially the responsive joysticks, even for enormous hands such as my own. The hinge feels solid(although it is extremely clicky), the screen is beautiful, and everything that was preloaded that I’ve tried so far runs smoothly. This device is powerful, pocketable, and has quickly become my go-to daily carry. Highly recommended! (Note: I’m waiting on a grip that goes with it to arrive which should make the sticks feel even more natural. Not sure a grip will be necessary for most people though)

Way better..... but

This os saved this device for me and my biggest props are they got Daphne working. Its redundant but would like to see Philips CD-l as an option. The interface is much improved but l wish they would have gone with EmulationStation as the default. I understand the background work is a lot more work but the os looks like the miyoo mini got a upgraded theme. Especially when you get to the games section and the icons for the systems look like they were made on a Windows 98. However, everything else they nailed. I purchased the rival unit and added a custom rock os and it can't run daphne straight off but it has CDI and uses ES. Right now l am carrying the rival but if surwish updates the os for cdi without having to go through retroarch then l will switch to the miyoo even with the plain os. Still l say go for it.
