Litnxt is by far the best way to order any Miyoo devices. Especially the first revisions. They make sure everything is working, keep you updated & give neat gifts if there's a delay. Vs you just buy a defective device on AliExpress & have time deal with all the non sense. 10/10 highly recommend!
The Surwish Onion OS SD card has every game you could possibly want. I love how most games have the art cover and well organized. I would definitely order from LitNXT again.
I got this device with fairly high hopes, while recognising its limitations. However, multiple bugs have been popping up in the last several days (I've spent about 5 hours with the device at the time of writing this review) which have soured my experience.
1. The USB Storage app crashed after the first time I launched it. Since then it just displays a screen that says to press B to disconnect, but B doesn't do anything. In fact, the only way I've found to exit the screen is through the reset button on the bottom of the device.
2. In multiple games it seems like the joystick is detecting that the left stick is being pushed down. For example in Perfect Dark(N64), my character automatically moves back when I press no buttons. This also happens in the File manager app, it keeps scrolling down without pressing any buttons.
3. There was a lot of slowing down in the N64 games I tested. Not all of the time, but certainly enough to be annoying. Dreamcast (I only tested Crazy Taxi) would only run when launching the game with one of the emulators and then run at about 70% speed.
4. This is the real deal-breaker for me, since I bought this in the hopes that I would mainly use it for its PSP emulation. Not only is there stuttering in most PSP games I've tested (though fairly minor, and I'm sure can be fixed with tweaks), but I've experienced crashing in all of the ones I've tested so far - Jeanne D'arc, GTA Vice City Stories, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, and more. Some games crash earlier than others, but so far all of them at one point crash and return me to the game selection menu. This has been very frustrating.
I'll keep tinkering with the device and if I happen to sort out the issues, I'll update the review, but at this point I'm regretting my purchase.
Other than that, the form factor is great. I just want to play my games without crashes :D
The package was received one week ago, not 25 days ago as indicated in your records. I had to contact the local carrier myself because, although the shipment should have arrived by the end of December, it wasn’t even registered in their system.
I find it pointless to be asked to review the shipping protection when I never contacted Lintx or made any claim using it. The incorrect tracking information alone makes me question the accuracy of your system. Also, I still haven’t received the charger that was promised as compensation for the delivery delay.
