My credit card was charged and yet no communication as to a new ship date. I looked on the site and the ship date says December 8-10th. Uh, today is the 8th and no communication nor updates.
Excellent protective case and quite comfortable. Actually surprised at the quality of the case.
Delays happen but the right thing to do it communicate with your customers as a show of good faith. After my order wasn’t even shipped yet by the original deadline, I wasn’t informed about a delay until I chased it up.
I was told the latest shipping date would now be the 6th (picture below). It is now the 8th of Dec and I haven’t been told of any further delay and my order still hasn’t shipped.
