After dropping the RG557 and RG34XX SP, Anbernic is now launching the RG35XX Pro — and according to their official site, it’s a vertically designed handheld.

At first glance, it really gives off G350 vibes lol. But the full specs aren’t out yet, and that leaves us with the big question: Will they upgrade the chip? Could Anbernic actually surprise us this time?🤔

The rest of the specs-pretty much classic Anbernic
3.5-inch screen | 640x480 resolution
Running on a 64-bit Linux OS, supports over 30 gaming platforms.
It can connect to your TV or monitor via HDMI, sync wireless controllers via Bluetooth 4.2.
Comes in white, black, and a super nice-looking transparent teal.
And yep, dual joysticks are in.
Let’s looking forward to it!

Yes, according to the official updated video on June 5, the RG35XX Pro is still using the H700 chip.
Just wanted to clarify in case there was any confusion...

Whoa, wait what?! ANBERNIC just dropped another one?

2025 Classic Masterpiece – RG Slide?! 😲

That name sounds cool. Could we be getting a sliding screen handheld like the good ol’ PSP Go? Or is it something new?

Anbernic really isn’t slowing down this year. First the RG557, RG34XX SP, then the 35XX Pro, and now this! 2025 might be another crazy year yet...

Design? Chipset? Features?

We need all the details ASAP!!!

🎉🎉🎉We’re finally starting to get some juicy details about the RG Slide, and things are looking pretty exciting! 😄

It’s rocking a 4.7-inch custom BOE display with a classic 4:3 aspect ratio and a crisp 1280x960 resolution. Compared to the PSP Go’s 16:9 screen, it might look a little weird at first… but we’ll have to see how it feels in hand!

Now here’s the cool part: the screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1200:1 contrast ratio, and up to 500 nits of brightness. That means all great for getting fully immersed in your favorite retro games.

Oh, and it runs Android, so there’s a good chance it’s powered by something like a T820 chip or better. Still no confirmation yet, but we’re definitely keeping an eye out for more updates. Stay tuned! 👀🔥

Haha, off topic but totally relatable! If it had a SIM card slot, imagine turning it into the ultimate retro gaming and calling machine

—“Hello? Yeah, I’m just beating Metal Slug on the go.” :D
