It's a solid case, however it adds a bit too much bulk to carry comfortably in my pocket, hence losing the portability appeal of the device. Additionally the opening is a little tricky to do one-handed.
While not perfect it is extremely entertaining for a handheld nostalgia in cutesy form factor that fits perfectly in your pocket!
Still haven't received the product. Am still waiting for it to arrive...
Probably gonna buy another one just in case this one breaks
Checked out the Miyoo Mini on recommendation of Tech Dweeb, and I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the device. The screen is gorgeous, the buttons are solid and don't feel cheap like other consoles I've used, and the device is absolutely PACKED with features. I was happy that it runs RetroArch, as a huge RetroAchievements user. The sound quality from the speaker leaves a lot to be desired, but you can just use headphones or external speakers if you're concerned about audio quality.
NOTE: A heads-up for fellow RetroAchievements enthusiasts: The version of RetroArch that ships with the console is considered out of date for RetroAchievements, so you'll need to update to the beta version of the Onion OS to allow achievements to work. Additionally, the console doesn't have a proper sleep mode. Instead, when you turn it off, it takes a save state of your current game and shuts the console down, loading the save state when you resume. This does not work for achievements, because in Hardcore Mode (the official achievement mode), you cannot load save states. That means if you want to turn off your console, you'll need to properly save your game each time first!
